The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and enthusiastic consultant who will nurture needs and deliver Microsoft Business Applications solutions for existing and prospective clients. Working with the Business Analysis practice and client teams to design, build, oversee, and implement solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications. Job Summary Candidate will be working on Dynamics 365 CRM solution implementations for Cognizant’s public clients. Candidate will be working in a capacity of Functional Consultant within project team. Key Responsibilities – list what the person will be doing on a day to day basis: Essential Skills Writing User Stories UI-level system configuration (forms, workflows, etc where no programming is required) in D365 CRM Training plan preparation Preparing Training materials/Runbooks Very good understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities Creating Functional Design Documents Testing and presenting the functionalities to wider audience Experience of Dynamics 365 CE/Marketing/Sales capabilities and extensibilities Experience in doing fitment analysis of customer requirements Capability to estimate Dynamics CRM project requirements Knowledge in multiple components of responding to RFPs/RFIs In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform Stakeholder management Nice to Have Skills D365 Customizations and Data model Knowledge in Upgrade project implementation approaches Understanding of DevOps project implementation processes Specific domain process understanding will be an added skill Microsoft Azure knowledge will be an added skill If you wish to apply for this role, kindly email your profile through to christina.ioannidiscognizant.com
