We're hiring & looking for a superstar back-end developer (Serverless Architecture) to spearhead the development of our AI enhanced product for Performance Marketing. As we approach the launch phase of our latest product, we are looking for a Technical Lead to join our team and deliver an industry leading product that will disrupt the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture and a proven track record of leading development teams through the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of serverless, event-driven solutions on AWS. - Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure they align with business goals. - Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of applications through rigorous testing and monitoring. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, especially in AWS services, to incorporate best practices into the company’s projects. - Facilitate agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. - Drive innovation and encourage the adoption of advanced technical solutions to solve complex problems. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar. - 5 years experience in software development - Extensive experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge. - Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go. - Strong understanding of serverless architecture principles and event-driven patterns. - Excellent problem-solving, team management, and communication skills. - Experience with DevOps tools and practices is highly desirable. - Certification as an AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer is a plus.
