Data & Platform Manager London/ Hybrid £45,000 - £50,000 Role Overview Cobalt Recruitment is assisting a leading commercial real estate business in London to hire a dynamic and strategic Data & Platform Manager. This role will be pivotal in driving the company's data strategy, enhancing CRM capabilities, and ensuring the effective integration of technology platforms to support business objectives. Role Responsibilities Implement customisations, workflows, and dashboards to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Oversee CRM integrations with other enterprise systems and platforms. Provide data insights to support commercial decision-making and drive efficiencies. Lead the management of data and technology platforms, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and performance. Work closely with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to gather requirements and implement solutions that add value. Role Requirements Previous work in real estate, property management, or commercial real estate markets preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead platform projects, including requirement gathering, implementation, and delivery. Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or another CRM) is essential.
