Product Manager - Primary Purpose of Role As a senior member of our Product team you will provide product expertise, market analysis and a strategic perspective to support our commercial and product growth. This is primarily an external facing role supporting the business with product expertise and industry knowledge. You will support revenue generating activities, attend client and prospect meetings, perform product demonstrations, provide product expertise and discuss our product updates and roadmap to stakeholders. In addition, you will feedback to the wider team, making recommendations and helping drive improvements to our platform to meet client and industry needs as we expand our platform capabilities. Core Accountabilities Demonstrating the CloudMargin solution to prospects and clients Responsible for analysing & specifying requirements to enhance the cross asset class capabilities within our platform Liaising with the wider Product and development teams to provide feedback from clients and prospects about product requirements Capturing and maintaining client / prospect feedback, ensuring information is complete Study market / client trends – lead / assist with client workshops and deliver knowledge share through internal learning forums Consistently analyse client / prospect feedback and market trend data to inform opportunities and recommendations for improvement. Work with the cross functional teams to remedy issues Work closely with and support the development and testing of the requirements Experience 7 years experience or equivalent in a Collateral Management environment i.e. Financial Institution, Collateral Vendor, Outsourcer, Operations Must have cross asset collateral knowledge preferably in ETD or Cleared OTC with Securities Lending and/or Repo also considered. OTC derivative knowledge critical. Demonstrate a client-focused and strategic approach in understanding and developing the business case for firm offerings in the marketplace through in-depth and complex analyses on client segments, competitive landscape and industry environment Must be familiar with and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the changing regulatory environment and industry best practices. Must demonstrate a deep understanding of the collateral business and the financial industry in general and be able to articulate this to those with a lesser understanding Can identify with and describe partner solutions that may add value to the product Knowledgeable of internal policy and external regulatory compliance issues as well as understanding the financial metrics of the business Skills Excellent communication skills Proven understanding of project lifecycle Commercial focus Able to deal with pressure positively A strong team player “we” before “I” Highly-motivated and collaborative Creative thinker and able to navigate multiple challenges Business level command of the English language both verbal and written Career and leadership opportunities We are a people first, high performing team and invest from the outset.
