Job Overview: Contract Length: 12 Month sDay Rate: Flexibl e My Client is a seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with expertise in configuring, customising, and optimising the platform to meet their business needs. You will be responsible for working closely with various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into functional solution s. Key Responsibilit i es: Implementation & Customisation: Lead the implementation, configuration, and customisation of Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet specific business n eeds.Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse current business processes and define future n eeds.Solution Design: Develop and design solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best pract ices.System Integration: Integrate Business Central with other business applications and third-party sys tems.User Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of the sy stem.Reporting & Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including system design specifications, process flows, and user gu ides.Data Migration: Manage data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transi tion.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements, recommending best practices and system optimizat ions.Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, functionality, and integrat ions.Compliance & Security: Ensure that all system configurations and customizations comply with company policies and industry regulations, including data security and privacy stand a rds. Qualifica t ions: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Business C entral.Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring modules within Dynamics 365 Business Central, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.Programming: Familiarity with AL language and experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or other related Microsoft techno logies.Project Management: Experience managing full-cycle implementations and a strong understanding of project management prin ciples.Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeh olders.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented ap proach.Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are pre f erred. Preferred Qualifi c ations: Experience with deployments of Business Central.Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes in industries such as Finance, retail, or professional services.Experience working in a consulting env ironment.
