Product Manager - Voice/UC (Contract)

Job Title: Product Manager - Voice/UC solutions Location: WFH/Remote Contract: 3/6 month Outside IR35 - Rate £DOE Role Overview: A leading IT services provider require the services of Product Manager specialising in Voice based solutions. The Product Manager, will be responsible for defining the services provided to customers, including service design, systems, tools, and portals. You will set and review the product strategy working alongside in-house teams to develop technology roadmap. Key responsibilities include: Owning Product Management and being the technical subject matter expert for the Voice and UC product and services Developing and updating the product strategy. Ensuring commercial performance targets are met. Engaging with suppliers on sourcing new products and leading contract negotiations. The ideal candidate should have: Proven experience in leading product and GTM strategy for Voice/UC solutions within MSP/Telco environment (Essential) Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and other 3rd party vendor offerings. Good knowledge of the leading suppliers’ products and services as well as industry trends
