S/4HANA Deployment Project Lead Location: Toronto, ON (In-Office, Full-Time, 5 Days Weekly) Employment Status: Permanent Experience Required: 12 Years Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead the deployment of SAP S/4HANA for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a distinguished history of guiding S/4HANA deployment initiatives and a deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report business processes. This role demands hands-on direction, cross-team coordination, and the assurance of successful project outcomes within defined parameters of scope, schedule, and budgetary constraints. Essential Duties: Direct the complete lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA deployments, ensuring project goals are achieved. Control project scope, schedules, financial plans, and potential risks, aligning with organizational objectives. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Supervise functional and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and resolving issues effectively. Guarantee the effective integration of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report workflows within S/4HANA. Conduct regular project updates, report progress to executive management, and manage stakeholder expectations. Collaborate closely with SAP consultants, system integrators, and internal teams for optimal system configuration and launch. Oversee data transition, user training, and change management strategies to promote user adoption. Ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance throughout the implementation. Proactively identify and mitigate potential obstacles to minimize disruptions. Required Expertise and Background: Minimum of 5 years as a Project Lead overseeing SAP S/4HANA deployment projects. Comprehensive knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report operations within SAP. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale ERP projects within complex organizational settings. Solid understanding of SAP industry best practices, data migration techniques, and integration methods. Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. Proven experience in an on-site, collaborative role within a dynamic work environment. PMP or SAP certification (advantageous but not mandatory).
