Overview of role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead and coordinate key operational functions within our organisation. As GRC Executive , your role encompasses driving internal technology automation, managing supplier relationships, overseeing customer contracts, and streamlining due diligence processes for both customers and suppliers. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in managing risk, supporting governance frameworks, and championing our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. With a focus on efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration, this position is critical to ensuring operational excellence and supporting the company’s strategic goals. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, a good communicator, and work well within a team. They will demonstrate excellent organisational skills that enable them to multitask and prioritise effectively, meet challenging deadlines, and collaborate with other teams. Responsibilities and objectives Internal Tooling and Automation Drive and deliver technology automation and process improvement initiatives across internal functions involved in the contract lifecycle. Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and support the implementation of automation solutions to enhance workstreams. Supplier Engagement and Management Oversee and centralise supplier relationship management, owning tooling (Juro), ensuring effective engagement and process improvement Work with key stakeholders to optimise supplier terms and outputs Customer Contract Management Manage customer contracts, ensuring alignment across the business to meet contractual obligations. Serve as the central point of coordination for all contractual matters. Customer Due Diligence Develop, own and oversee a streamlined process for responding to customer due diligence requests Identify opportunities for efficiency and coordinate timely, accurate responses Framework Management Support the Governance Director in managing and responding to frameworks, ensuring compliance and timely renewals Risk Management Maintain and develop the company’s risk management process, including tools, reporting, and identifying potential risks. Implement mitigation measures to address identified risks effectively. Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Oversee the company’s ESG initiatives, ensuring alignment and collaboration across internal stakeholders, completion of contractual social value KPIs and reporting to stakeholders Coordinate efforts to maintain and improve the organisation’s ESG position Policy ownership Develop, maintain, and oversee internal policies and procedures related to key responsibilities identified above Ensure policies are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices, and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders Minimum requirements of role Experience: At least 3 years proven track record in operational management, governance, risk management, or related fields. Skills and Competencies: Strong organisational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive process improvements. Experience in creating and documenting new processes as well as training colleagues. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in tools for process automation, risk management, and CRM systems. Experience in managing contracts and interpreting contractual clauses. Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a solutions-focused approach suited to fast-paced scale-up environments. Ability to build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders. Industry and Policy Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and ESG requirements in tech or related industries, with experience managing internal policies.
