Then you'll be right at home here Working in a fast-growing enterprise cloud provider, offering fully managed cloud environments and connectivity services skilled, you'll be given the opportunity to personally excel, whilst helping to steer the careers of the team you'll be managing The Role: As our Technical Service Manager, you'll have a few key missions: Enhancing, driving, and improving support processes. Managing and supporting a team of tech-savvy professionals Ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure Guiding team members to reach their full potential. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring top-notch service is delivered to customers, every single day. What You’ll Be Doing: Team Leadership: Build, manage, and motivate our technical team, fostering a supportive and productive work environment. Service Excellence: Develop and implement strategies that drive efficiency and ensure the highest standards of customer service. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to stay informed and ensure a seamless service experience for our clients. Problem Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges with analytical thinking and a proactive approach. What We’re Looking For: Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar MSP role, ideally with cloud solutions, and a track record of managing technical teams. Technical Expertise: Strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, with a solid understanding of cloud products and the industry. Communication Skills: Highly articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Passion & Drive: High energy, self-motivated, and a genuine interest in technology and business.
