Your Mission: Join ClearEdge as a Software Engineer and work in a variety of environments to develop analytics based on data from multiple cyber sources, as well as classic SIGINT via data tagging. Develop innovative solutions in a highly collaborative, integrated, and fast-paced environment using leading technologies. Be part of a cohesive, small team, and work directly with the customer to develop prototypes, answer new questions, and provide better answers to existing ones. You will excel in this role if you are: Motivated Collaborative A self-starter Mission-driven Innovative A day in the life consists of: Developing analytics to produce metrics based on data tagging efforts Working directly with the customer to create innovative solutions Developing analytics using Java in a Linux environment Researching and working with AWS and other platforms for development Collaborating within a small team environment Must haves: TS/SCI with Polygraph Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years of relevant experience or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or An Associate's degree and 4 years of relevant experience or A high school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience. Software development/engineering experience including requirements analysis, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution Experience with Java Pig/MapReduce & Python Experience with AWS Experience with distributed scalable Big Data Store (NoSQL) such as H Base, CloudBase/Accumulo, Big Table, etc. Experience with Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) and technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Pig, etc. Experience with Serialization such as JSON and/or BSON, developing restful services, and using source code management tools Experience with analytic development Experience with analytic development in a Linux environment Nice to have: Familiarity with analytic development Experience with Maven and Git Familiarity with Apache NiFi Ability to work in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills Initiative and self-motivation About us: We are an experienced advanced analytic development company providing Cyber solutions to current and emerging missions.
