The organisation are able to call upon almost two decades of experience providing a wide range of services, building high-quality and reliable test & measurement solutions. They are seeking self-motivated and passionate Hardware Engineers with an interest and dedication in learning and innovation within emerging technologies. As a Hardware Engineer, you will need a solid background in designing and developing quality solutions for embedded platforms with sound analytical and technical abilities, delivering results in a fast paced environment. The opportunity offers the chance to work with a well-rounded team of Hardware, FPGA & Software Engineers to design new progressive hardware using FPGAs & CPUs. The ideal candidate should have the following experience: Strong degree or equivalent/relevant professional experience. 5 years' of hardware development experience with prior experience of successful delivery through design, validation & release processes. Experience with high speed digital board level circuit design. (Analogue knowledge & experience is desirable). Schematic entry & PCB layout design. Preferred/Desirable Qualifications: OrCAD, PADS/Allegro Schematic & PCB Design Tools. Knowledge of high speed interfaces - DDR4 / PCI Express / DisplayPort / USB / Ethernet. Experience with broadcast industry interfaces - SDI / AES / MADI. Proficiency with SI Modelling / EMC & Safety Testing. Permanent / Full-Time Employment.
