Installation Engineer

About the role: The primary responsibilities of the role are to install broadband and TV services, resolve broadband faults, and optimise speed in our customer's premises on behalf of our clients which include TalkTalk and BT. You will be given full and ongoing training in the role, and also be fully supported throughout your working day by our Scotland based Service Centre. Additionally, you will have an Area Operations Officer and a Coach to assist you with any questions or concerns that may occur. Other Key Requirements: • You need to have a full UK drivers’ license with no more than 6 points. • You need to have at least 2 years driving experience. • You will need to undergo a DBS check before going live in the field – we will complete the application for you. • 21 or over ?
