If you are a hands-on professional with expertise in Azure , Microsoft Servers , and SQL Databases , this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career while playing a pivotal role in managing and developing technical operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a range of technical operations, including cloud-based services (Azure) and on-premises servers. Provide hands-on support for Microsoft environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Maintain and optimise SQL databases, ensuring reliability and performance. Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Liaise with clients, understanding their technical needs and delivering tailored solutions. Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and effective. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing technical infrastructure, particularly in an MSP environment. Strong hands-on skills with Microsoft Azure , Windows Servers , and SQL Database management . Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and system integration. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Why Join?
