Support Engineer

Job Title - 3rd Line Engineer Location - Telford (4 Days in Office, 1 Day from Home). Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 Chapman Tate Associates, in partnership with a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Telford, is seeking a skilled 3rd Line Engineer to join their dynamic team. The Role: As a 3rd Line Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier IT support and solutions to our client's diverse customer base. You'll be at the forefront of technical operations, providing expert assistance with complex issues, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the seamless integration of IT services. Key responsibilities include: Providing 3rd line support across a wide range of technologies with a focus on Microsoft 365 (M365). Leading customer onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and high customer satisfaction. Resolving escalated issues from 1st and 2nd line support, applying your in-depth knowledge and problem-solving skills. Working closely with the team to ensure continuous improvement and service excellence. Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored IT solutions. Documenting processes and maintaining accurate records for all customer interactions. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a 3rd Line Engineer role within an MSP environment. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting. Broad experience in IT support, covering a range of systems, networks, and infrastructure. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience in customer onboarding and delivering tailored IT solutions.
