ERP Project Manager We are currently looking for a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to join our IT Department on a full-time, permanent basis. As part of the team, you will play a key role in delivering IT systems across our construction design and manufacturing operations, aligning with the company’s strategy to see projects through from concept to completion and ongoing maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Oversee the design, development, and support of IT systems that meet business requirements and adhere to quality standards. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Team & Partner Management: Lead the internal IT team and coordinate with external partners and suppliers to achieve project objectives. Documentation & Compliance: Produce high-quality documentation and ensure compliance with ISO27002 standards during system development and installation. Target Achievement: Consistently meet agreed targets and project milestones, ensuring successful implementation and support of IT systems. Ideal Candidate Profile: Industry Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in managing IT projects and systems implementation. ERP & Technical Skills: Strong experience with ERP systems (preferably Exel and SAP), as well as manufacturing systems, business intelligence tools, and SQL databases. Technology Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI and Cloud services. Project Management Certification: A professional qualification in project management, such as Agile, PMP, or Prince2, is essential. Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing system projects and change management, with the ability to identify risks and implement strategies to minimize disruptions. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to achieve objectives. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership abilities with the capability to influence and engage with software engineers, technical staff, and users at all levels, including the Executive management team. Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK, as the company cannot provide sponsorship.
