Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of EFAX ERP implementations and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems. Continuously monitor and improve ERP system performance to meet evolving business needs. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in managing ERP implementations and upgrades, preferably with EFAX or similar systems. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving change management.
