Security Design Manager

The Design Manager will also handle research, planning, timelines, implementation, training, and delivery of additional services as defined by the company Directors. This role includes delivering innovation, efficiency, and improved installation practices through technological advancements, industry and supplier research, and collaboration. The Design Manager will liaise, plan, propose, and communicate with the wider Group to ensure a holistic implementation of streamlined business systems, such as migrating to a database information environment. They will lead and propose the business technology roadmap to ensure the company stays at the forefront of industry innovation and provides the best systems for our clients. Regular and close collaboration with key clients, industry partners, and supply chain partners is necessary to develop strategies, innovations, designs, specifications, and solutions that meet evolving business needs. The Design Manager will oversee the design, networking, fire, technical, and compliance teams to ensure all business requirements for proposals, standards, and information are met and delivered. Additionally, the Design Manager will communicate with the business estimating department throughout the process to ensure all tenders meet client requirements, specifications, and comply with our recommendations.
