A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced HR Systems professional to work for one of the most sought after international law firms in London, on a 12 to 18 month FTC basis, working on a 4 day a week arrangement. The HR Systems Implementation Manager will support and led on a large HR systems implementation project, working closely with the Senior HRIS Manager, seniors within HR and Heads of Department. The key duties will include: Lead the design of the global change management strategy to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across the business Working with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute the change strategy. Establish HR Change network for the project and manages subsequent communications channel Execute the change management, deployment, communication, and training plans. Work with implementation partner and project team, fostering a ‘one team’ approach. Conducts and document change impact Design and execute the change management communication strategy. Work with the project team to establish and lead business readiness activities for go live. Align business readiness activities with Technology workstream technical readiness activities. Work with HR teams and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the go live of SuccessFactors Engagement & management to both technical & non-technical stakeholders. Ability to present change plans and persuade senior stakeholders and ensure successful transfer to BAU Provide expertise in business readiness from project stage to post implementation to operational BAU. Provide support to upskill project team and wider HR team on best practice change management methods. You must be a self-starter who is highly motivated and can demonstrate integrity, professionalism and an ability to deal with design, deployment and change management. The HR Systems Implementation Manager will have similar experience within a legal sector or professional services environment and have a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement and project management. Your strong interpersonal skills will ensure you are able to improve the lines of communication internally, whilst showing a willingness to accept accountability; possess the ability to assess and understand the wider impact of actions and stay calm in demanding situations.
