The Opportunity: We are migrating our existing Warrants business from one Business entity to another. As of now, this business runs on local systems, and we intend to migrate it over to our Global Post-Trade platform. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle from requirements-gathering from operations teams to translating them into IT functional requirements as well as involvement in the testing, migration, and go-live phases of the project. Your Role: Work as an IT Business Analyst who demonstrates strong business consulting skills and is able to work with our business to elicit requirements and suggest solution options. Successful candidate will be highly competent at translating business requirements into technical specifications. Gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis, and produce associated functional specifications. Work closely with stakeholders, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure functional & technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Must be comfortable leading all aspects of requirements management in consultation with business and IT colleagues on multiple continents and be able to adjust to non-standard working hours as required. Participate in large-scale SIT/UAT testing cycles managing technology and business stakeholders. Participate in training of relevant teams prior to go-live of new business processes/products, functionality, or applications. Produce implementation approach, timelines, go-live strategy. Your Profile: Minimum 5 years, preferably in the recent past, on Equities Post-Trade platform. Maximum 12 years overall industry/BA experience. In-depth knowledge of Warrants and associated asset servicing aspects. Has worked on large scale projects end-to-end including requirements gathering, SIT/UAT and go-live migration strategies. Experience in working with technology development teams during build and implementation phases of requirements. Experience in writing UAT Test Plans and/or Test Scripts, together with managing the user testing phase of projects. Additional experience: (Not mandatory): Knowledge of Asset Servicing area especially corporate actions Prior experience working with Finance Teams within the Back Office space. Experience of Syn Back Office system.
