With a customer base that includes some of the biggest names in tech, finance, media and professional services they are regarded as one of the market leading FM outsourcing service providers. We are recruiting for an Operations Director to lead the delivery of FM & Workplace services across a major professional services account nationally. You will be responsible for the below key areas. Leadership and management of a large scale IFM team Ensuring day to day delivery is contractually compliant Supply chain management and ensuring service partners work to correct standards Identifying commercial opportunities and driving contract growth Working with the customers senior team to identify services improvements and efficiency's Implementing new technologies to drive contract performance Utilising data and BI to positively impact productivity This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a fast paced account with huge scope for growth and development, you must have a demonstratable background in FM and workplace and experience of delivering high volume maintenance services. Leadership of large scale service teams is a must have and the ability to navigate plant room & board room relationships is key.
