They're a market leader with diversified revenue streams including subscription services. As a result they're looking to bolster their Commercial Analytics function with a Data Analyst with a focus on Customer and CRM. You will report directly into the Director and be part of scaling the team Key Responsibilities Partner with the Customer team to develop a data lead understanding of performance to influence decision making Interpret data and analyse results using statistical methods to suggest insights to the business Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality Creating insights on Customer LTV through a data approach Key Requirements 3-5 years experience within data analytics (Ideally within product or marketing) Experience and fluency in SQL and other BI tools Solid partnering and communication stakeholder management What's in it for you?
