A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established travel company based in Manchester where you will be responsible for defining and managing the capabilities of their business systems. Business Analyst Responsibilities Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on changes to systems and processes that drive benefits top the organisation. Be the subject matter expert for software platforms and system capabilities. Identify solutions for any deficiencies in a product or system and oversee the delivery of these across the business. Transform business requirements in to technical solutions using techniques such as UML diagrams or User Stories. Test new functionality Run workshops with internal and external stakeholders to understand behaviours and user requirements. Business Analyst Skills Required An understanding of and experience using GDS - therefore a travel industry background most likely. An understanding of API's for integrating third party platforms such as airline and hotel reservations or payment gateways. Experience delivering business systems and process changes. A good understanding of common integration and interfacing technologies. Excellent communication and project management skills. Flexible and adaptable approach tow work. Business Analyst Additional Details A basic salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience Hybrid working typically 3 days a week in the office (Manchester) with flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.
