♻️ Senior Business Analyst | 12 Month FTC | Drive Sustainable Solutions ♻️ Role: Senior Business Analyst Duration: 12 months, Fixed Term Contract Salary: Up to £70,000 Location: High Wycombe We are currently partnered with a leading innovator in the Environmental Sustainability space as they look for a Senior Business Analys t to join them on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract, to work alongside their ever-growing team as they embark on a 5-Year Digital Transformation. As a Business Analyst, you will be overseeing change initiatives and IT application changes, including developing and testing new solutions whilst enhancing current systems. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure technologies are aligned to business needs. Who are they looking for? Proven experience developing strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels An understanding of technical systems and processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to capture, shape, and articulate product requirements to non-technical stakeholders What you will be doing? Managing assigned projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Facilitate initiatives by gathering, documenting, and agreeing on requirements with stakeholders. Conduct IT testing to ensure developments meet requirements. Analyse and document business processes to meet project objectives.
