IT Support Engineer - Leading IOT Provider | £40,000 - Watford / 3 Days Per Week Here at BurnsSheehan we are working alongside one of the leading IOT Providers who are looking to expand their Infrastructure team with the hire of a new IT Support Engineer. They provide services across a wide variety of industries and have most recently picked up a contract with the National Lottery worth over £100 million. As a result they are looking to grow over the next year or so and this hire will be crucial in this businesses development. As the IT Support Engineer , you will report directly into the Head of Infrastructure and will help support the business across the 1st, 2nd and some 3rd Line issues. They are looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills to join their team and help support the wider business as they grow and help define / streamline new IT processes.
