Fullstack Java Developer | Up to £75,000 Essex, Basildon (2 days a week onsite) Up to £75,000 PA plus benefits Global, established business within fintech Tech Stack: Java21, Spring Boot, GCP/AWS, ReactJS Are you a competent software engineer ready to join a team at the beginning of a re-architecture and re-write of software that serves 10,000's of monthly users? We’re seeking an impactful full-stack Java developer with strong communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. About the Role: You’ll work within a cross-functional squad of 6-8 and help set the technical direction, oversee critical task completion, and navigate complex challenges. Your role will involve mentoring engineers, upholding engineering best practices and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical goals with the support of your Engineering Manager. Responsibilities: Aid in the development and architecture of solutions and manage the delivery of critical tasks Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering professional growth. Collaborate across teams to ensure technical alignment and innovation. Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Java (they use Java21) and Spring (Boot) Some proficiency or openness to work with ReactJS Experience working with either GCP or AWS deployments and infrastructure Fullstack Java Developer | Up to £75,000
