Project Manager We are currently recruiting a Project Manager for our client in the Higher Education sector. We are embarking on an exciting journey of transformation, driven by an ambitious strategy. To support this, we are expanding the Change Support Unit (CSU) – a central resource dedicated to delivering impactful change across the institution. The CSU plays a vital role in enhancing both the student and staff experience through effective project and change management, process improvement, and strategic organizational change. The Role: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join the CSU team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering key organizational change projects that align with our strategic goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear benefits. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our Project Management Office and lead initiatives that build capability and capacity across the institution. The ideal candidate will need experience of complex project management, dealing with senior stakeholders but managing difficult situations and providing resolutions. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the delivery of strategic projects, ensuring they meet defined goals and objectives. Monitor progress, manage risks, and report on project status to stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their involvement and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Governance and Reporting: Establish and maintain effective project governance, ensuring all decisions are well-documented and in line with institutional policies. Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in managing complex projects, ideally within a higher education or similar environment. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in project governance, risk management, and change control processes.
