Senior Developer - CRM/Dynamics About the Role Join a dynamic and forward-thinking IT division as a Senior Developer for our Application and Dynamics CRM function. In this essential role, you will lead a small development team and drive the development and enhancement of our CRM systems, based on Microsoft Dynamics. You will be key in managing day-to-day support functions and spearheading impactful CRM projects. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and address their issues and requirements. Your role will encompass identifying, designing, building, installing, integrating, testing, debugging, and enhancing software systems and components. Your leadership will be crucial in developing your team's technical expertise, maximizing their productivity, and delivering excellent service to our customers. About You We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Developer with a robust background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both hands-on development and team leadership, with deep expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics suite, particularly CRM. Key Requirements: Experience : Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics applications, particularly CRM. Development Skills : Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and The Power Platform. Management Skills : Proven ability to lead and build technical expertise within teams. Organizational Skills : Strong planning and organizational abilities, with effective delegation skills. Communication Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting policy and procedures clearly. SDLC Knowledge : Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and professional software development practices. Integration Expertise : Knowledge of integration patterns and API management. ETL Experience : Proficiency in ETL design and implementation.
