Azure - VMWare Solution Architect Contract -6 months to start Onsite- Brampton, ON You will partner with relevant stakeholders to plan, architect, and guide complex infrastructure deployments and migrations, moving the organization from on-premises VMware environments to Azure solutions. Key Responsibilities Defines requirements, strategy and processes for successful design, deployment and migrations. Deploys and implements resources in Azure, i.e. network resources, load balancers, application gateway, front door, subscriptions, virtual machines, security, CIS benchmark and PBBM policies, Log Analytics, EntraID technologies, among others. Shares knowledge with stakeholders through solution documents, engage technical communities, build automated self-help solutions. Qualifications Has more than 5 years of actual work experience in Azure architecture Hands-on experience in deployment and implementation resources in the Azure platform Experience in managing on-premises VMWare infrastructure. Possesses both consultative and strategic skills, and a tactical mind-set in supporting and performing the role. Must have engaged and experienced in a VMware environment; able to articulate the experience in actual projects and consulting engagements Relevant Professional Certifications are preferred.
