Compliance Business Partner London/Edinburgh We are supporting a renowned, market-leading provider of tech services that specialise in the wealth management and platform sectors globally. This is a critical position within the business, offering the chance to mould compliance strategy, as well as making sure the business operates within all regulatory standards. The role sits within the 2LoD within Regulatory Advisory, however it will be important to work closely and engage with stakeholders in 1st Line, and the wider business. Key Responsibilities Be a Primary Compliance Advisor on FCA regulations, particularly those that relate to Wealth Management and/or Outsourcing Implement Compliance Frameworks (e.g. SYSC) Developing and/or maintaining Company Policies & Procedures Stakeholder and Client/Customer Engagement Your Profile Direct experience within Financial Services, ideally Wealth Management An understanding of FCA regulations that relate to outsourcing (SYSC/COBS/COLL) Ability to manage effective relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders Professional/Industry Qualification an advantage Apply here for more details
