Systems Administrator

TITLE: Systems Administrator LOCATION: Montreal (onsite) BENEFITS & PERKS: Full health benefits, matching 401K OVERVIEW The Systems Admin will provide on-site and remote technical support for offices across North America. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded IT professional with excellent troubleshooting skills, strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and application deployment via SCCM, AirWatch, and/or Jamf. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Serve as the on-site contact for technical operations and support in production and development environments. Collaborate with development teams to assess and meet their IT support needs. Resolve client requests and operational issues promptly. Provide support for offsite events, including setup, event management, and teardown. Identify opportunities to automate and improve service delivery. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of experience with Windows 10, MacOS, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and TCP/IP networks (DHCP, DNS, etc.). Expertise in desktop, laptop, and server OS configuration and management. Strong network troubleshooting and infrastructure management experience. Experience with Okta or similar SAML and Two-Factor Authentication solutions. Familiarity with SCCM for OS deployment and software management. Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience with AirWatch, Intelligent Hub, or Jamf. Experience with productivity tools (MS Office, Zoom, Slack) and remote work solutions (VPN, VDI - Horizon View). Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical users. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
