Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Project management, Agile methodologies, and technical expertise in Azure DevOps / TFS, .Net, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Utilize Agile / Scrum methodologies to drive project execution and adapt to changing priorities. Coordinate resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and contractors, to achieve project objectives. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the title insurance or real estate industry. Strong technical background with experience in Azure Dev Ops / TFS, .Net (APIs, web services, GUI), and related technologies. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience implementing Agile practices. PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
