Senior C# Developer - Equities Analytics Engine

We are seeking a Senior Developer to work on a pricing infrastructure migration project for our banking client in the Global Equity Derivatives domain. Role Overview: In this role, you will contribute to a critical pricing infrastructure migration project for Global Equity Derivatives. The scope includes distributed pricing systems, risk management solutions, workflow automation, process migration, and production support tooling. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of Capital Markets, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and coordinate production process migration in collaboration with support teams. Enhance the scalability, efficiency, and performance of existing technology infrastructure. Improve and maintain the CI/CD pipeline for business-critical technology. Provide proactive status updates to global and local management and business stakeholders. Develop tools and applications to support pricing infrastructure and related business processes. Identify system deficiencies, engage stakeholders, and develop technical solutions to address issues. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system and software deficiencies. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and contribute to technical deliverables, including functional specifications and system impact assessments. Deliver user training, publish release notes, and manage release tasks. Optimize system performance and improve production support documentation and tooling. Must-Have Qualifications: 4 years of hands-on experience in Capital Markets software development. Proficiency in object-oriented programming (e.g., C# , Java ). Experience with multi-threaded programming and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server ). Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and working with JSON/XML . Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with distributed computing, particularly DataSynapse Grid . Front-end web development expertise (e.g., HTML5 , CSS , JavaScript , Angular , React ). Knowledge of web services using SOAP or REST . Proficiency in C++ and/or Python . Familiarity with ASP.NET , MVC , and the .NET Framework . Experience with equity derivative products and Kubernetes .
