Omnichannel Platform Analyst

THE POSITION – Omnichannel Platform Analyst (6-12 month contract) The Omnichannel Platform Analyst helps drive platform development, deployment and integration. Platforms at Boehringer Ingelheim vary significantly, from facilitating our email communications to supporting content deployment, data management and to create frameworks enabling data driven customer journeys. This role will include the support of these functions, working closely with the Omnichannel, Customer Experience (CX) and wider teams to ensure all requests and requirements from the business are dealt with in an efficient yet impactful manner. This is an opportunity for a candidate to learn a huge array of new skills, from sought after technical capabilities such as Adobe Campaign (Veeva vault) usage, to softer skills such as stakeholder management and industry best practice. As such, we're looking for candidates who are quick to pick-up new skills and driven in their pursuit of self-development. You will also be a driving force in planning, building and governing key platforms and processes across Boehringer UK and Ireland. We're looking for a highly technical candidate used to working both at the front-end/backend of platforms, but also with a good degree of business partnering experience (project management). The position will be interfacing directly with stakeholders through a demand management platform, so any experience of this scenario would be beneficial. Delivering clear communication with cross functional teams and individuals within different level of organisation.
