The Role… Work on a diverse range of projects within defence, medical, automotive, industrial, or telecommunications on real-time operating systems or safety-critical software solutions. Each project has its own unique challenges, so you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in your career. You will work on projects that have a direct impact on people's lives and are used throughout the world in various industries. From healthcare critical devices to automotive safety features, we develop a range of vital solutions to guide our clients in the right direction. You’ll also collaborate with clients and internal engineering teams to build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient solutions. Define, iterate on, and improve best practices and help teams utilize them. Who you are now… You have at least 5 years of previous experience in a software engineering position working with an object orientated programming language, C++ with an interest in working on safety critical software solutions or real time operating systems. You may be working within another industry currently, however are looking for a change of direction to revitalise your motivation. We're happy to speak to people from a range of backgrounds and technical skills, we can train and develop your existing skill set exposing you to a range of technologies and projects. You appreciate the bigger picture and are confident to contribute your ideas to the team on new technologies, solutions, and delivery approaches. You will also enjoy working in a collaborative environment, working through challenges together and learning from one another. Hybrid working with core hours between 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm, with flexibility to start and finish as you please.
