They are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the successful delivery of a digital RFID roll out programme across multiple sites in the UK and EU.You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Operations Managers and Project Managers, ensuring seamless execution of technology-driven operational improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major digital transformation (RFID tracking) programme across UK & EU sites. Oversee and manage a team of Operations Managers and Project Managers to ensure smooth implementation and execution. Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement across the project roll out. Monitor project performance, ensuring milestones, budgets, and objectives are met. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement effective solutions. Provide strategic input into the broader business strategy and digital roadmap. About You: Proven experience in a senior operations management role within a digital transformation context preferably within a supply chain, retail or logistics environment. Track record of leading digital transformation or technology rollout programmes across multiple locations. Experience managing cross-functional teams, including Operations and Project Managers. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence key partners. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Flexibility to travel across UK and EU sites as required.
