Required Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst , with expertise in requirements gathering, testing, and supporting business analysis activities Expertise in JD Edwards (JDE) Enterprise 9.2, with proficiency in at least two modules: Financials, Project Management (Job Cost), Order to Cash, HR and Payroll Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting JDE Order to Cash, HR, Payroll or Financial Modules Knowledge of JDE Orchestrator and JDE development tools Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Macros, etc.) Proficiency in SQL and business analysis tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a creative approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, user-friendly language Customer service-oriented mindset Success Predictors: Versatile and resourceful problem solver.
