Join our dynamic Asset Information Team and play a crucial role in managing our extensive asset portfolio through cutting-edge Building Information Models Your Role and Responsibilities As a Revit/BIM Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for: Creating and Editing Models : Use Revit to develop and refine our clients' modelled information. Ensuring Accessibility : Make sure all new and modified information is transmitted to the appropriate Common Data Environment (CDE) and is easily accessible to end users. Surveying and Validation : Conduct surveys as needed to validate existing or newly acquired information. Adhering to Standards : Create content that meets our company's high standards. What We're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you have: Experience with ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment. Knowledge of the ISO19650 Suite and modelling best practices. Skills in Navisworks clash detection and model coordination. Expertise in drawing/document management control. Familiarity with COBie, AutoCAD, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering (MEP). Why Join Us?
