Business Systems & Process Analyst The Role We are seeking a proactive Business Process and Systems Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will lead the analysis and improvement of our practice and case management systems, applying legal technology solutions to enhance automation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities System and Process Analysis Understand, map, and challenge the use of our current practice/case management system, playing a critical role in its replacement. Document core requirements, including areas for improvement to enhance our current approach. Technology and Innovation Assist with the selection and implementation of emerging technologies and applications to achieve efficiencies. Shape and implement new ways of working that support business process improvements. Business Process Improvement Identify and deliver business process improvements across the firm’s different functions. Work closely with the IT Training and Engagement Manager and Secretarial Services Manager to deliver continuous improvement. About You You are passionate about business improvement and thrive on streamlining workflows to deliver efficiencies. Your problem-solving skills enable you to analyse all elements of a process, apply logic, and suggest alternative solutions. You can see the bigger picture, separate requirements from accepted ways of working, and are not afraid to challenge assumptions. Requirements Previous experience in a business analysis or projects role is essential. Experience working in a professional services environment, with knowledge of legal practice management systems, is beneficial. Proficiency in documenting process flows and requirements documents. Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly understand how systems work from an end-user perspective. Exceptional communication skills with experience managing diverse stakeholder groups and collaborating with ad hoc teams. Why Join Us?
