Barclay Simpson has partnered with a unique Financial Services entity to bring on an Operational Resilience Manager for their growing team. You will have the opportunity to join a well-resourced function and maintain the Ops Res framework after March 2025. This role is a new role in which you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing delivery of the Ops Res Strategy. Further responsibilities will range from mapping, scenario testing, measuring impact tolerances, presenting governance group updates and reports, third party relationship management, and assist with DORA. In order to be successful in your application, you must have proven experience in Operational Resilience, great stakeholder management skills, good knowledge of TPRM, and DORA knowledge is desirable but not essential.
