In this role, youll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 qualification, guided by expert training from Baltic Apprenticeships. As part of the Net-Serve team, youll have the chance to work on diverse projects and learn from experienced professionals in the field. A Typical Day in the Job: Solve IT problems and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting challenging technical issues. Gain hands-on experience with networking by working on infrastructure projects. Collaborate daily with other IT technicians to ensure smooth operations. Conduct network troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to maintain system efficiency. Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures to protect client data. Perform routine network and server maintenance tasks, including updates and patching. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £18,000 per annum. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. 28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, with additional days added for years of service.
