Position: Product Lead - Reviews & Recommendations We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Lead to join our Digital Product Team. With over 110,000 properties available to book across our network, this newly created role will be responsible for driving the creation of cutting-edge content formats and recommendation models across our web and mobile platforms. Focussed on experimentation, optimisation and conversion, you will lead the strategy and execution of how content is created and consumed by our guests around the globe, making the process of discovering and booking a property on our website seamless and rewarding. Day-to-day responsibilities: Experimentation & Innovation: Orchestrate and run experiments to drive content quality optimisation, such as ordering images based on guest search criteria (e.g., prioritising pool images for users searching for properties with a pool). Utilise new AI tools to optimise our content, such as scanning our image database to suggest improvements to property images. Develop hypotheses and test strategies to enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates. Content and Guest Reviews Management: Ensure that property listings have accurate and complete information, including descriptions, images, amenities, and location details (e.g., latitude/longitude, distance to the beach, local attractions). Regularly update and optimise content to enhance property appeal and booking potential. Collaborate with property owners and internal teams to gather necessary information and updates. Increase the response rate of guests writing reviews after their holiday by implementing effective follow-up strategies. Utilise written content from guest reviews in more intelligent ways to enhance property descriptions and highlight unique selling points. Ensure reviews are prominently featured on property listings to leverage their impact on conversion rates. Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality scores, ensuring key fields are complete and images meet quality standards. Track property quality scores, focusing on improvements in portfolio grade, location accuracy, and review scores. Implement strategies to enhance the overall quality and attractiveness of property listings. Performance Analysis: Analyse content performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports on data quality and property quality scores, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements. Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and elevate our property content standards. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Property Recruitment, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent and compelling property content across all platforms. Liaise with external partners and vendors to optimise and source high-quality content materials. Provide training and support to team members on content management best practices. Who are you? Ideal candidates will have a passion for travel, be innovative and able to communicate it with stakeholders, define products, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. It is expected that you will offer: Proven experience in product content focussed around reviews & recommendations, preferably in the holiday rentals or hospitality industry. (or B2C eCommerce would also be great) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Able to ask the right questions, interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues. Experience with A/B testing and running content experiments. Familiarity with AI tools for content optimisation is a plus. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools. Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What will we offer you?
