What you'll do As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Aviron, your mission is to deliver exceptional value to our customers by transforming their businesses through cutting-edge technology and AI solutions. You will dive deep into understanding their unique challenges and opportunities, crafting creative solutions that drive revenue growth and cost reduction. By serving as their trusted technical advisor, you'll architect and implement solutions that create measurable business impact. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to build strong client relationships while driving radical change. You will join our team of experienced engineers and take on some of our toughest challenges. You will report directly to the Director of Engineering. Responsibilities Lead technical implementation projects with enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment and integration. Design and develop scalable solutions that meet specific customer needs and requirements. Provide technical consultation and support during pre-sales and post-implementation phases. Work closely with internal and customer teams, and transform insights into products. Build proof-of-concept applications and technical demonstrations for potential clients. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. Promote a culture of excellence. Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies to improve our own. Who you are We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and qualities: Minimum requirements 5-8 years of engineering experience, with a focus on strong software development practices. Experience with system integration, APIs, and cloud services (databases, cloud-native systems, micro-services, etc.). Strong expertise with Go. Strong experience with the Web Platform. Hands-on experience with product design and user experience, shaping features and systems to drive meaningful user outcomes. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred qualifications French speaking is a plus. Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
