Claims MI Delivery Lead

The Role: We are looking for a Claims MI Delivery Lead to oversee the development and implementation of data analytics projects within our dynamic Wholesale Claims department. Lead and mentor a team of analysts, supporting their professional development.?? Ensure the accuracy and integrity of claims data with robust quality controls.?? Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving claims performance.?? Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership, highlighting key insights.?? Manage the delivery of key projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.?? Use Power BI, Claims Systems, and Expert Spend Systems to build insightful dashboards.?? Identify and drive process improvements in claims data strategy. What You'll Bring: ? Proven experience in data analytics, ideally within the London Market .? Familiarity with ECF, claims workflow triggers, and market claims processes .? Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools .?
