Oracle Application Specialist

Avanciers is hiring Oracle HCM Cloud consultant for one of our Fortune 500 clients. This is a Long Termed Duration role with the client. Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Job Type: Permanent FTE Work Model: Hybrid Responsibilities will include: • Demonstrate an understanding across all aspects of the Oracle HCM Cloud technical implementation such as Data conversions, Integrations, Reports, Fast Formulas • Document technical requirements from clients Enough about us, let’s talk about you • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing some combination of Oracle HCM Modules (Example: Core HR, Benefits, Absences, Time & Labor, Payroll, Talent Management Learning, and Recruiting) • Minimum of three (3) successfully delivered Cloud HCM Projects in an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant role • Experience with middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an asset • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple, potentially changing, priorities • Experience working in teams • Ability to work in French (Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.)
