Role Overview Our Global Transformation Team has embarked on a Programme of work to roll out our Global ERP (Oracle) to our European markets. Our current deployment underway is for Poland and we require a Project Manager to work with the Poland business and the central project team to deliver this change. The Market Project Manager needs to speak Polish. They will be accountable for the execution of Oracle ERP activities relating to Process and Solution where the action owner is a local business representative. The PM will ensure the seamless transition of key knowledge and data from existing process/systems/ERPs to Oracle. The role will involve working with cross-functional teams in a Global Programme (across various locations - mainly UK, US, India and Europe) to plan and deliver the required outcomes. Key to this role is the ability to build relationships across teams, establish governance structures and controls. There is also an expectation of reporting into a stakeholders and the ability to produce reports and status updates for this audience. Key Responsibilities • Work with the Technology, Process and Data SMEs to define and execute all aspects of the Deployment Plan • Establish governance structures • Along with the Central Project Team, coordinate, chair and manage calls with the business units to progress actions • Develop good working relationships with stakeholders and handling their issues or concerns • Act as a bridge between the Business Teams and the Central Project Team (Both Process and Technology) to ensure requirements are understood and delivered on time, work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Troubleshoot problem areas with the local business and central project team (including Technology) • Support business and technology teams to identify and document any gaps required to bridge the as-is and to-be models • Liaise with the Data Project Manager to coordinate data cleansing/fixes in the legacy system as well as identify data enhancement opportunities for the next extract cycle • Liaise with the Data Project Manager to support the Data Validation cycles, ensuring the business review and sign off Data Validation Reports in line with the schedule • Support the execution of key Cut Over activities assigned to the local business representatives • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including third party contributors) to understand requirements, communicate project progress, and address any challenges that may arise during the migration process • Represent the market at the Project Risks and Issues call and manage risks to the project’s successful outcome • Represent the market at the Project 'Path to Live' calls with the Central team (Process Owners, Technology and Solution leads) • Chair the Hypercare calls once solution is deployment and work with the local business representatives to drive open tickets to conclusion • Deliver appropriate and effective communication to a stakeholders and sponsors • Manage the dependencies between workstreams • Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Suitable Qualifications and/or Experiences • Bilingual in Polish and English • 5 years delivering strategic and/or ERP projects and programmes • A recognised project or programme management qualification (ChPP, APM PPQ, PMQ, or MSP) • Leading, motivating and managing various project and programme teams, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline • Seeing projects through the full life cycle • Working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines • Good business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt style to be successful with all stakeholders • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills • Working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Job Title: Polish Speaking Project Manager Location: London, UK Rate/Salary: 400.00 - 500.00 GBP Daily Job Type: Contract Trading as Aston Carter.
