The team currently service strong portfolio of national mid-market clients across a broad spectrum of commercial industries and are ideally looking for an Underwriter with experience of working within a combined environment to join the team. The team are very flat structured, offering candidates the opportunity to run with their own accounts with a strong degree of freedom. They foster a very open environment, offering a strong platform to learn and develop your own approach to underwriting. The team are relatively fresh into their journey, having only started trading 18 months ago, this is an incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of their progression and journey, with the opportunity to have real and meaningful input into the direction and growth of the book. They are keen to speak with candidates who have an entrepreneurial mindset and will challenge existing processes and the status quo. The successful candidate must have as a minimum, demonstrable experience of underwriting commercial combined or P&C renewals.
