Full Stack Engineer - Node/TypeScript - Permanent - Paying up to £115k - Hybrid - London A growing digital agency is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help build cutting-edge web applications and digital products. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys working with both front-end and back-end technologies, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing: Build and launch web applications from start to finish. Work with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS to create fast and responsive products. Lead technical projects, guiding other developers and ensuring high-quality code. Collaborate with designers to turn creative ideas into functional, interactive experiences. Solve technical challenges and optimize performance, security, and scalability. Manage deployments using Vercel, AWS Lambda, and other cloud tools. Communicate with clients to understand requirements and deliver great results. What You Should Have: Strong experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks. Knowledge of serverless architecture, AWS services, and third-party integrations. Ability to work independently, lead projects, and mentor junior developers.
