Contracts Manager - Post-signature contract management Hybrid working near Twickenham - 1-2 days a week. £60,000 - £75,000 The ability to obtain Security Clearance is essential for this role. About the Company: Our client are a leading technology and software business dedicated to enhancing public services through technology. The Role: As a Commercial Manager, you will work with the Commercial Director to manage and support a a new large contract the business have just won with a large public sector customer. Your responsibilities will include: Managing IT services, service reform, transition & transformation programs, and continuous service improvement. Supporting the development and smooth running of governance arrangements. Moderating risks regarding service penalties. Tracking obligations & handling any disputes. Securing opportunities for new services and margin improvement. About You: You are an experienced professional with a proven track record in financial and commercial management of large customer facing contracts, either in the IT space or wider technology. You thrive in changing and uncertain environments and excel in stakeholder management. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 4 years’ experience in contract management of in-life service based contracts. Ability to obtain security clearance. Experience with public sector customer facing contracts. Strong attention to detail. Ability to identify risks and opportunities and mitigations. A background or understanding of project management would be an advantage.
