Job Title: Digital Project Manager Location: Brighton Job Type: Contract Outside IR35 Contract Length : 3 months minimum Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects while ensuring successful coordination between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with digital solutions, fostering collaboration, and ensuring stakeholder expectations are met. Key Responsibilities: Project Management : Lead digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Define project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements. Stakeholder Management : Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders (internal and external). Understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure open, consistent communication. Client Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their objectives and business needs are translated into the project’s goals and deliverables. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, development, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality digital products. Risk Management : Identify potential risks or issues early on and proactively develop mitigation plans. Budget & Resource Management : Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and manage any changes to ensure the project stays within financial and time constraints. Quality Assurance : Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring that the final output meets the required standards and stakeholder expectations. Agile/Waterfall Methodologies : Implement and manage project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) to meet project needs. Reporting : Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, including status reports, performance metrics, and risk assessments.
