Business Analyst

Job Title : Business Analyst Contract : 1-month rolling contract (minimum 3 months) Location : On-site (3 days a week every week) - Bradford Start Date : ASAP Outside IR35 Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a rolling contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully collecting, analysing, and managing data to support business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with multiple teams, solve complex business problems, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be required to work on-site 3 days a week to ensure seamless collaboration with key teams and stakeholders. Candidates who have worked within an Infrastructure environment please reach out Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Analysis : Gather, analyse, and interpret data to support business decision-making processes. Requirements Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams. Data Management : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across relevant systems. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve business processes using data-driven insights. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs. Reporting : Generate comprehensive reports that present data findings and insights to senior management. On-Site Collaboration : Be present on-site 3 days a week to collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Proven Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on data collection, data analysis, and management. Problem Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop practical solutions. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Detail-Oriented : Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Adaptability : Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
